Summer 2017 Maintenance Update

We’re now partway through the summer, and our maintenance team and the association vendors have been working diligently to get our parks and facilities running properly.

A late and very wet spring combined with an ageing infrastructure to create some unusual challenges for us this year. Most noticeably, several electrical issues have prevented the various fountains from running properly. We’ve engaged professionals to address these problems, with an eye on long-term solutions.
