Park development status

Another year has come and gone and the park space located in the south west corner of Donsdale, adjacent to Touchmark, remains undeveloped. The board is in communications with several parties involved in the development, including the City. A new plan has been circulated amongst our Board with broad agreement to proceed. As part of a previous park development committee, surveys were circulated with individuals in our community. The results of that survey described the desire to have this space developed, and did not support a parking lot nor a playground. The plan circulated amongst our board is fairly consistent with the existing amenities in our neighborhood.

The Board looks forward to seeing the space developed for the enjoyment of our members in 2016.
