Roofing Materials Review

At the last AGM, held on July 18, 2019, we heard a lot about roofing materials. Many members of the association expressed concerns regarding the wood shakes, and there was an interest in exploring alternatives. It was decided at the AGM to appoint a committee to consider this issue. If you are interested in the architectural controls in Donsdale and the materials we allow, this is your opportunity to have your voice heard!

We are currently accepting volunteers for this committee. The committee’s task will be to meet in order to determine what criteria roofing materials should have, research products for approval, and make recommendations to the board.
