Website changes

The site has now been in operation for 3 1/2 years. The site is built based on a commonly available web authoring platform and is nearly self-maintaining. At the time the site was configured, our Vice-President, Past-President, and Website communications person Mark Ballermann set up the site to support better communications with our Membership.

Based on input from the Board, we have decided on two minor tweaks to improve the site:
1. Comments older than 1 year will be subject to archiving.
2. The main pages (i.e., those at the top of the site) will not have comments going forward.

Mark maintains the site on a volunteer basis, and the costs remain quite low (approximately $150 / year). Contributions from our members, including board members, in the form of comments or posts are quite welcome.
