Water level in the stream and lake

Perhaps you have noticed that the level of the lake is unusually low. In years with normal precipitation it is enough to keep the water level high. In past years when the water level dropped due to drought conditions as we have been experiencing, the Residents Association has used city water to top up the water level. That is quite costly and negatively impacted our financial situation. As rainfall is in the forecast for the next few days, and we want to limit our expenses to improve our financial situation, it is our hope that natural precipitation will resolve the issue.
