Resident’s association fees are due April 15th

Thanks to everyone who has paid their Resident’s Association fees for 2013. The first notices were sent out last month. For those who have not paid, a second round of written notices will be on their way later this month.

As a reminder, we use the fees to maintain the common areas and facilities to preserve your property values. Here is a list of some of the things your resident’s association does for you. These are mandatory fees. Non-payment will lead to a lien being placed on your land title.
