Introducing Helm Property Management and Realty

Hello all,
As of January 2013, Alldritt has stepped back from operating the Properties of Donsdale Residents’ Association. The Board of Directors has decided to select Helm Property Management & Realty Ltd. to provide administrative services for our community. Helm Property Management will work with the Board of Directors to collect homeowner association fees and prepare an annual budget. In addition, Helm Property Management will administer the common area which includes fountain and stream maintenance, park area snow removal & landscaping and perimeter fence maintenance.

Helm Property Management & Realty Ltd. is a professional property management firm, which provides comprehensive property management services and is a member if the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce. Helm Property Management & Realty Ltd. is also a member of CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute).

The owner of Helm Property Management, Joel Helm:

  • Holds a diploma in Industrial, Commercial and Investment Real Estate (IC&I) through the Edmonton Real Estate Board,
  • Is familiar with computers and accounting procedures,
  • Holds an Accounting & Finance Diploma through NAIT,
  • Has worked in property management full time for the past twenty-five years,
  • Holds a bachelors degree in Economics, and
  • Is at ease with the diverse challenges of dealing with people.
