Maintenance Complete: 2018-07-23

• Cut and trimmed all turf areas.
• Spot application of Poly Pro algaecide in pond and creek.
• Litter pick of site and emptied garbage stands.
• Checked dog stand bags.
• Replaced motor for Dalhousie Way fountain pump and installed new sump pump.
• Pruned tree suckers and weeded mulch beds.
• Cut back some of the excess plant growth in the west streambed.
• Raked debris and algae out of pond and streams.
• Hired carpenter and painters for 2018 fence staining program.

Expected to complete July 30th – August 4th:

• Weed, trim, and litter pick both medians.
• Continue weeding beds in creeks and pond area.
• Muck pellet and all natural clarifier application.
• Continue cutting back excessive plant growth in west streambed.
